Use AECOM prescribed tools to track and manage the financial aspects of the projects + Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques + Interface with AECOM Project Directors and business leadership to communicate financial status in accordance with established financial performance KPIs + Ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle + Identify, report, and escalate challenges to management as needed + Perform risk management to minimize project risks + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation + Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels + Ensure resource availability and allocation integrates global resources into local project delivery Business Development + Conducts marketing efforts to seek new clients in alignment with the Water Business line growth strategies. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + California Professional Engineering License **Preferred Qualifications:** + 8+ years overall professional experience with at least 5 of those years in a prominent role on identifiable relevant experience + Verifiable experience in prominent roles performing and managing engineering projects + Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal + Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) + Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery + Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders + Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities **Additional Information** + No sponsorship is availalble for this role now or in the future.
