The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) position will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes and systems, meeting key performance metrics, the training, and developing of studio staff, and ensuring all front desk systems and operations are being carried out correctly and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Studio Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with all studio operations including but not limited to inventory, maintenance, sales processes, technology, workout experience, personnel, customer service, and payroll .
