In this capacity, the PPM Business Lead manages a team of staff responsible for maintaining and coordinating customer-facing program schedules and internal design project schedules, by collaborating closely with Program and Project Managers to support the effective execution of programs and projects, ensuring they provide measurable value and are managed with transparency, discipline, and accountability in alignment with established PPM processes and tools.
