Master's degree preferred; 8+ years of experience working with water regulations, water compliance, and permitting strategy; Professional certification preferred; 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification; Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and projects; Willingness and ability to identify new client opportunities are strongly desired; Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment; Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver's license in good standing; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing and technical reporting capabilities; Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with sound professional judgment; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple national clients and complex regulatory programs simultaneously; Willingness and ability to support national business development, key accounts, and strategic growth initiatives; Ability to work independently and within a distributed, multi-office consulting environment; and.
