p>Desired Qualifications: • Understanding of Financial Advisor and field compensation models, performance levers, and behaviors • Proven experience leading enterprise-level product strategy in a large highly matrixed organization • Demonstrated ability to develop multi-year product roadmaps aligned to business strategy and regulatory requirements • Deep understanding of field compensation frameworks, incentive plan mechanics, operational controls, or compensation-related financial processes • Experience improving field transparency, adoption readiness, or advisor experience metrics • Strong experience collaborating with HR, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Field or Sales leadership. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
