Lead cross-functional teams and alliance partners through experience-led approaches to understand clients' business goals, future workforce aspirations, and digital disruptors to co-create Workforce Reinvention Roadmaps. As a Senior Manager, you have demonstrated experience at owning C-suite relationships and leading our best teams to solve complex workforce reinvention challenges-and you lead change, vision, ideation, and the operationalization of reinvention - not just identify it. Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for identifying AI and automation impact on roles, task-level opportunities for Human+Machine collaboration, and transformation pathways at the organization and individual level, and the web of associated changes that power these impacts to create meaningful organizational value. Design and drive change programs that move organizations from analysis to action-helping leaders adopt new ways of working and manage blended human-machine teams. Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for identifying AI and automation impact on roles, task-level opportunities for Human+Machine collaboration, and transformation pathways at the organization and individual level and the web of associated changes that power these impacts to create meaningful organizational value. Design and drive change programs that move organizations from analysis to action-helping leaders adopt new ways of working and manage blended human-machine teams. This role leads training, strategy, and compliance efforts for WCF's commercial claims operation, helping ensure consistent claim handling, strong service, and continuous process improvement.
