Master’s degree or MBA a plus; Minimum 5+ years of experience within Corporate or management consulting industries in the retail industry;
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management and other stakeholders or professionals;
Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in Excel);
Creative thinker with the ability to synthesize both qualitative (‘the art’) and quantitative (‘the science’) inputs;
Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated experience in solving complex issues;
Ability to manage and/or analyze large volumes of financial and operational data;
Intellectual curiosity, self-starter, and ability to learn quickly;
High Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams;
Additional experience with Access, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Python is a plus; and.
