The Store Supervisor is involved in all aspects of running the business with many unique and diverse responsibilities including purchasing and interacting with our vendors, scheduling and training staff, working all departments and areas of the store including the deli, coffee, cheese, and charcuterie service areas, cashiering, receiving and stocking products, maintaining proper inventory, troubleshooting physical plant issues that may arise, and so much more. This role is a member of our leadership team who are responsible for all key-holder store operations including overseeing store opening and closing duties, food production, customer service, store merchandising, team development, training and discipline, product purchasing, cash handling, physical plant maintenance, sanitation, and more.
