You will develop your team to build optimal stock levels, maximize visual impact, while owning the resource planning and scheduling process to deliver the right people in the right place at the right time, within agreed budgets and by managing controllable cost. Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
