Primary areas of responsibility include staff management and training, sales, production, merchandising, signage, accounting-related operations, store housekeeping/maintenance (store selling floor, exterior, backroom), and customer service. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Will supervise the following positions in the manager's absence: Lead Sales Associates, Sales Associates, Store ADCs, Program Participants, Volunteers, and any other individuals assigned to their store.
Running store operations - analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance, opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT as needed to ensure store up-time and functionality. You will have an elevated level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision by directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.

The ideal candidate for this position has a college degree or some coursework (preferred), three years of experience in the automotive repair business, some supervisory/management/mentor experience, a continuous improvement background, P&L experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
