EHS Project Manager (Permitting & Compliance) Stantec IncEHS Project Manager (Permitting & Compliance)Rhode Island, RIA qualified candidate will have direct relevant experience supporting or leading all aspects of environmental compliance, including but not limited to: air quality compliance, due diligence, auditing, and compliance assurance; environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO; EHS procedures development and training; stormwater, wastewater, chemical management, bulk liquid storage, and waste management. Compliance projects may include program assistance for environmental laws, regulations and permitting associated with, but not limited to, Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Oil Pollution Act (OPA) spill planning, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
