Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required License: Current Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Stroke experience, ventilator management, assist with intubation/extubation, central venous line management and placement, Foley catheter management, tube feedings via NGT or PEG, IV medication titration, vasoactive drip management, total care of critically ill patients, arterial line management, external ventricular drain management Description: This position entails working in an intensive care unit that has 20 beds. Adult surgical and medical ICU patients will be seen, with diagnoses including STEMI, DKA, respiratory failure, stroke, sepsis, renal failure, and neuro conditions such as craniotomies and traumatic brain injuries.
