Requirements: 2-3+ years of hotel or resort sales management experience Based in Arizona and excited to work on property within the resort's Sales Department (this is not a remote position) Energized by high activity and lead conversion Confident presenting within a luxury environment Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Extroverted, enthusiastic, persuasive influencer Skilled at building rapport quickly and turning inquiry into commitment Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Professional presence aligned with a luxury hospitality brand. Reporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this role.
