Preferred Qualification:** + Doctorate in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles + OR Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles + OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 12+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles + OR equivalent experience. **Responsibilities** + Lead a portfolio of memory commodities and mentor sourcing engineers + Own executive-level supplier governance (EVP/CEO engagements) + Set multi-year category strategy + Drive cross-commodity / cross-org decisions with VP+ stakeholders + Supplier Engagement & Negotiation + Build and maintain strategic relationships with memory suppliers up to CEO levels + Influence technology through industry consortiums and supplier engagements to influence technology used across Microsoft Devices + Technology & Market Analysis + Monitor DRAM and NAND technology roadmaps and market trends - educate greater Microsoft org on trends + Assess competitive positioning and qualification timelines for emerging memory technologies.
