p>Work with and guide our sales team to consult prospects and customers, show how our solutions will help them, and execute technical sales discussions Accelerate the sales cycle through the creation of reusable demo collateral ranging from verticalized environments to pre-recorded walkthroughs-that drives efficiency and shortens the path to 'closed-won' Diagnose customer business challenges and position how our solutions can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their organization Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and stories that cultivate a deep understanding of, and desire for, the solution and value we provide Provide technical and functional guidance during the sales process to the sales team and potential customers to ensure that deals are closed consistently and quickly Build creative new ways to prep demos, stay up to date on competitive intelligence, and work more efficiently in general through Claude Influence our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from customers and prospects, as well as working with the product team to develop new product features Lead the design of solutions for prospects and customers, and communicate with the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes Maintain customer relationships pre- and post-sale Communicate the technology vision to business leaders and analysts Represent our company at industry events and panels Own your subject-matter expertise and guide the thought leadership of the company 6+ years customer-facing Solutions Consulting experience Experience in, or selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or IT Affinity and experience with AI tools to work smarter, not harder - Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc You have hands-on experience with agentic software and can clearly explain how agentic systems work - and why they matter - to both HR and IT stakeholders.
