li style="color:black">The PA&I specialist will be responsible for processing issues in the issues management system; The PA&I specialist will be responsible for analyzing the issues management data; The PA&I specialist will be responsible for routine reporting and communication with other organizations; The PA&I specialist will be responsible for supporting or leading Apparent Cause or Root Cause Analyses; The PA&I specialist will conduct training on the Performance Assurance procedures and processes; The PA&I specialist will Identify, analyze and effectively communicate issues and opportunities for improvement from multiple sources, e.g., observations, oversight activities, performance data, metrics, indicators, trends, causal analyses, event investigations; and. - Previous experience with nuclear or highly regulated / high hazard programs including experience with corrective action and Quality Assurance systems, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Commercial Nuclear Power.
