What you bring: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering• Professional Engineer (PE) license required• 15+ years of experience in the design and management of municipal water and wastewater projects• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and Microsoft Office applications• Experience with InfoWorks WS and/or InfoWater (Innovyze) preferred• Proven ability to manage multiple large or complex projects simultaneously• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams• Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, and budget control• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Vision or Microsoft Project• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach• Experience working in the southeastern United States preferred.
