What You’ll Do: + Own software delivery coordination across SDV Mechatronics Infrastructure builds and program milestones + Work closely with SWILs, calibration teams, software teams, and stakeholders to align delivery plans, dependencies, and readiness + Track software timing, milestones, part numbers, release content, and key program deliverables across builds + Ensure all required software artifacts, approvals, and delivery items get where they need to go on time and with quality + Serve as the primary point of contact for software delivery issues, status, risks, and escalations + Coordinate across teams to identify gaps, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on build progress and release readiness + Support issue tracking, status reporting, and milestone reviews with clear, accurate communication to stakeholders and leadership + Maintain delivery plans, schedules, and documentation to support execution, traceability, and follow-through + Partner with SWILs and other technical leads to troubleshoot delivery and integration issues as needed + Drive strong execution discipline across multiple parallel builds in a fast-paced environment . + Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field + 5+ years of experience in software integration, build management, release coordination, DRE, or project execution roles + Strong project management and execution skills, including schedule tracking, milestone management, risk identification, and issue follow-up + Experience working across cross-functional teams in software delivery, integration, or automotive development environments + Familiarity with software build processes, release workflows, integration frameworks, and version control systems such as Git or SVN + Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving pieces across programs, builds, and delivery events + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear status, drive closure, and escalate effectively + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Strong ownership mindset and follow-through to ensure commitments are completed with quality and on time .
