As an EAP Case Manager, Senior - Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), this role provides expert management and clinical consultation to support a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP), delivering guidance on complex workplace and behavioral health issues. The position serves as a clinical resource to EAP Consultants, Onsite Clinicians, EAP Affiliates, Human Resources and organizational leadership through consultation, organizational support, care coordination, and regulatory‑aware clinical decision‑making.

Investigates to determine vulnerability, abuse, neglect by caregiver, self-neglect and exploitation reports of vulnerable adults while respecting self-determination of vulnerable adults.

Conducts timely assessments to determine vulnerability, abuse, neglect (including self-neglect), and exploitation, and provides protective services while respecting the adult's right to self-determination and coordinating with the adult to achieve their wishes. Assesses with medical and legal support the adult's ability to secure long-term services and supports, including facilitating access to financial resources, guardianship or conservatorship, emergency services, and coordination with probate or family court.
