p>Required Qualifications: ā¢ 5+ years of hospitality management experience with at least 3 recent years as Assistant General Manager or General Manager ā¢ Strong leadership ability and willingness to lead by example ā¢ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills ā¢ Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude ā¢ Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ā¢ Availability to be present in the space on evenings, weekends, and holidays ā¢ Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time and maneuver up and down stairs ā¢ Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location. ā¢ Manage the Social P&L of the location, efficiently operating the space by monitoring and reducing labor and other operating costs ā¢ Build relationships within the community, foster loyalty with customers, and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement and local marketing efforts ā¢ Take pride and ownership of each Guest's enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement at all times ā¢ Collaborate effectively with team members to align efforts and achieve business goals ā¢ Clearly and effectively communicate location needs to corporate representatives ā¢ Ensure that the location adheres to health and safety regulations and operates in compliance with all local laws, including alcohol service laws.
