This position does not include direct supervision of other employees, however Shift Managers do monitor tasks performed by crew team members to ensure product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) as well as execute established cost control systems including proper food prep amounts, procedure execution, and bin chart usage to minimize food cost. Shift managers play a vital role in our success as a business by assigning, directing, and following up on activities of Crew team members while also providing high quality service and food to our customers.
