Team Leads will be required to deliver positive and constructive feedback to patrollers,including taking disciplinary and corrective action when necessary; + Conduct timely performance evaluations in alignment with overall input from multiple sources including The Patrol Leadership Team; + Ensure the Accident Investigation Team is well prepared, trained for the task and follows through with the required steps; + Assist with special event planning and preparation; + Successfully complete hiring paperwork, training assistance, and scheduling of seasonal patrollers within given timeframes; + Ensure accountability of patroller development by tracking the training performance and certifications within given deadlines.
