p>Qualifications: • Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required • ADN required; BSN preferred • BLS required • ALS, PALS and NIH Stroke Scale required within six (6) months of employment in Emergency Department • NRP is preferred, but not required • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and PEARS are encouraged within two (2) years of hire • Two to three years' experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, or Emergency Medical Services preferred • Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM/De-Escalation) completed within six (6) months of hire.
