Overview: Bayside Marin Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Clinical Services to lead and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality mental health care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.
The incumbent will provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to maintenance projects; act as a key liaison with customers; coordinate jobs including work assignments, estimates, and space availability; and ensure supplies and materials are available for assigned work scope. Provide leadership to the maintenance team including prioritization of work, coordinating work schedules, authorizing overtime and time off, assessing workload, evaluating work procedures, problem solving, and identification of improvement opportunities.
With each division operating under different regulatory frameworks, workload cycles, and service demands, the Administrative Division provides the centralized infrastructure that keeps the department running, delivering consistent, responsive support and service to the community so that program staff can focus on the technical, regulatory, and permitting priorities at the heart of our services to the public. A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities would be: Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible experience in a staff services function performing duties involving administration, management, personnel, fiscal analysis, staff development, or data processing including two years of related project management, administrative, and supervisory responsibility.
The ASM supports the Experience Manager (EM) in leading a team of stylists and estheticians, and is accountable for all aspects of the services business, including services and merchandise sales, events around hair and skin, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while also working behind the chair providing services to guests in the salon. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.

Computer-based technology for management of assigned programs/projects; the goals of shared governance; principles and practices of administrative organization and management, planning, supervising and evaluating the work of others, employee motivation and training; applicable federal, state, local, District and college laws, rules and regulations, and collective bargaining contract provisions; complex business level English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; modern office tools such as computers and printers; typical modern office computer software programs; report and presentation writing.
