li>Support I&C Customer Solutions Manager/Product Manager with product strategy, offer development, capital and innovation investments to meet market needs and secure order entry backlog maximizing profitability and long term growth.

Partner with key stakeholders such as Customers, Distribution, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, INS Business Unit, Field Services, Finance, and external vendors to resolve issues and drive customer loyalty. Oversee key areas such as call creation, order entry, data entry, oversight for internal operations activities such as staff utilization, depot repair purchase order receivables, workload volumes, throughput, and efficiencies.

Be the leading example of hospitality for our team members and guests, educate team members and guests on products and services to provide convenient meal solutions; and quickly addressing and resolving guest concerns. You will coordinate the onboarding and initial training of newly hired team members, support team member engagement activities, and manage guest flow to ensure an outstanding shopping experience and drive results.

This role serves as the voice of CLS at the most senior levels of Operations and the Line of Business, advocating for technology investment, articulating a compelling future‑state vision for a modern operational platform, and ensuring operational needs are embedded into enterprise platforms and strategies. • Define and deliver the target‑state operating and technology vision for Commercial Loan Services, covering: • Loan boarding and servicing • Collateral boarding and monitoring (liens, taxes, insurance) • Payments, advances, and servicing events • Exceptions, research, and client inquiry support.

The Senior Sales Operations Manager reports to the Senior Director, Sales Operations and serves as the second-in-command of the sales operations organization, carrying authority over all day-to-day operations, team management, and process governance. The role works cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR to drive operational excellence across the revenue organization.
