p>This position is responsible for communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, and planning and directing employees' work, and who have the authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline subordinate employees or effectively recommend such action, including all employees serving as supervisors, administrators, and directors. Works with individuals and families with regards to intake and eligibility determination, pre- enrollment case management, working with service providers ensuring compliance with supported employment and supported living activities, and establishing and maintain community contacts and networking for the Region.
