Reporting directly to the Regional Production Manager, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving production performance, ensuring animal welfare, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance, leading and developing a team of 16–20 employees, and partnering with Human Resources on hiring, staffing, employee development, and performance management.
