Key responsibilities** - Inspect, perform service, troubleshoot (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on the following equipment: Forklifts, Knuckle Boom Cranes, Loaders, Liftgates, Hooklifts, Skiploaders and Hoists in line with Managers instructions - Follow applicable safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements - Staying up to date with technical developments as shown in internal service bulletins and completing technical courses when instructed by District Service Manager - Respond to customers queries and concerns to maximize customer satisfaction and follow Hiab Customer Satisfaction Guidelines - Keep adequate records, maintain documentation and submit daily reports in the format specified by the District Service Manager - Recognize sales opportunities and communicate to District Service Manager - Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary - Conduct self at all times in a way that promotes a positive image of the Hiab brand and follow rules of the Quality System ## **What we are looking for** - Ability to obtain and maintain a 1-year DOT Medical Card is required for this position - Valid Drivers License is required - No more than one moving violation in the last year, or two violations within a two year time frame. All violations will be reviewed - High School diploma or equivalent is required - 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical operations - Appropriate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills - Own tools required - Know, understand and comply with Hiab USA, Inc.
