Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related field; substantial directly related construction management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Engage directly with residents, facility users, parks patrons, neighborhood groups, and other members of the public regarding parks, facilities, and vertical construction projects; communicate project scope, schedules, impacts, and County processes in a clear and professional manner.
