This role requires a results-driven leader with strong business acumen, exceptional customer service skills, training and knowledge in bowling specific operations to include: back end machines, AMF POS specific training, technical knowledge of bowling balls and reactions on patterns for coaching, lane oiling machine and patterns, BLS league software, Building league business along with package and execution of nightly specials and upselling to value packages, and the ability to manage both staff and finances. While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear.
