p>Requirements: • High school degree in and/or related experience • Associates Degree preferred • 5+ years' experience with disc filter maintenance is a plus, but not required • 2+ years' experience in industrial sales - preferably paper related • Experienced in installation work in the paper industry, and ability to learn the details of a variety of fiber system equipment • A good mechanical aptitude as well as basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulic is needed, controls experience is a plus • Ability to read mechanical drawings, control schematics, and bills of materials • Good communication skills, verbal, and written, with good customer relation skills • Ability to operate independent of daily direction • Construction experience in the paper or similar industry • Excellent customer relations skills • Ability to operate independent of daily direction, i.e. sees what needs to be done and does it • Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
