Any person performing the position while under the influence of marijuana or any other illegal drug may constitute a threat to health or safety or in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, aircraft, motorized watercraft, or motor vehicles or handling of hazardous materials and/or waste as part of the job duties. Gains experience by working on the following items with minimal supervision: engine overhaul, fuel systems, electrical systems, transmissions, cooling systems, chassis, brakes, engine tune-up, and general maintenance.

li>Perform maintenance tasks on fire sprinkler systems, such as replacing damaged or malfunctioning components, cleaning pipes and sprinkler heads, lubricating moving parts, and adjusting system settings to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with Deficiency Sellers to provide detailed inspection reports, material needs, and other job-related notes, to prepare and deliver repair estimates in a timely manner.
The Fire Alarm Technician plays a critical role in safeguarding lives and property by conducting thorough and detailed inspections, performing required maintenance & necessary repairs and providing expert advice to valued customers. Work closely with Deficiency Sellers to provide detailed inspection reports, material needs and other job-related notes, to prepare and deliver repair estimates in a timely manner, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
