p>A typical way of gaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position is: Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college with major courses in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field, and four (4) years of experience with management and supervisory responsibility for revenue collection functions or business facility management and development.
