The Student Services Manager is a critical member of the operations team, with dual responsibility for several aspects of the day-to-day administration of non-instructional student services and for ensuring data integrity across a number of AF systems.
This position contributes to the development of departmental policies and ensures their consistent implementation across operating hours as well as to projects aimed at the improvement and cohesion of user experience for library patrons, including leading project teams and organizing staff efforts to advance ongoing projects for improving collections and services.
