Active CPA licenseBig 4 audit or advisory experience strongly preferred5–8 years of total accounting experienceExperience with life sciences, biotech, or technology companies is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environmentStrong communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationshipsCollaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently when neededInterest in developing others and contributing to a high?performing team.
