li>Order intake and verification - Personally review high-stakes or complex orders coming in by phone, email, EDI, and the order portal; confirm decoration specs, quantities, art, and ship dates before they hit the floor. On a given day, that means quoting jobs, walking orders to the decoration floor, troubleshooting an art file with a distributor, jumping into the order-entry queue when volume spikes, and closing out escalations yourself.
This person will contribute to project delivery and client service teams in winning and executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, permitting and construction support services for a variety of advanced treatment plants, biosolids, pumping stations, pipeline, and integrated water resources projects for municipal clients in the areas of water, wastewater, and stormwater.
