Lead, hire, train, and develop patient services team members • Oversee implementation of patient food service programs based on medical direction and patient population • Ensure compliance with special and modified diets within clinical guidelines • Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives • Maintain compliance with federal, state accrediting agency, and HIPAA regulations • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs. • Associate degree with one year of food service experience or Bachelors degree in a related field • One year of food service management experience preferred, ideally in acute care • CDM, DTR, or RD preferred • ServSafe certification desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.
