Lead, hire, train, and develop patient services team members ⢠Oversee implementation of patient food service programs based on medical direction and patient population ⢠Ensure compliance with special and modified diets within clinical guidelines ⢠Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives ⢠Maintain compliance with federal, state accrediting agency, and HIPAA regulations ⢠Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs. ⢠Associate degree with one year of food service experience or Bachelors degree in a related field ⢠One year of food service management experience preferred, ideally in acute care ⢠CDM, DTR, or RD preferred ⢠ServSafe certification desirable ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.
