- To coordinate Metromont’s engineering, drafting, production, and subcontract activities which will result in the achievement of the Company’s objectives and goals in the following key result areas:
- Serve as the “team” leader to ensure the delivery of a quality project from a design, product, and overall experience perspective to Metromont’s customers. p>Provides acute/primary care in a corporate environment/onsite clinic; assessing, planning, and providing patient care for employees & families of Client site. CPR/AED, EKG, phlebotomy, vaccine administration, use of Epic EMR, customer service. The Commissioning Manager is responsible for coordinating the job site installation and startup of equipment while working closely with Project Manager's at CMCo and customer locations. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role. ul>- Rental Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day rental operations of climate remediation equipment, including coordinating with clients to schedule equipment rentals, managing inventory levels, and coordinating deliveries and pickups of equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including tracking equipment availability, conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Prioritize safety while maintaining a clean and orderly shop environment, particularly in personal work areas, by returning tools to designated location, clearing benches, and sweeping or mopping the shop area at the end of each workday. The Service Lead's daily primary objective is to assist the Branch Manager and/or Service Manager with shop flow and service quality to ensure timely, accurate service and repair to the rental and delivery fleet. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Incident Response Plan (IRP) and detailed playbooks for a range of threat scenarios, including ransomware, phishing, insider threat, and third‑party incidents, ensuring alignment with evolving attack methods and regulatory requirements. ·Conduct Post‑Incident Reviews (Post‑Mortems) to assess root cause, response effectiveness, and control gaps, driving continuous improvement of security posture, policies, and processes.
