Partner Oversight & Governance Own the technical relationship across all implementation partners for Sage Intacct, BuildOps, Miter, and Ramp — attending configuration sessions, reviewing API and data model decisions, and ensuring every buildout aligns to the multi-tenant architecture. · Debugging & Pipeline Health Be the first line of diagnosis when pipelines break or data is wrong — isolate whether the failure is in the source API, Workato recipe logic, watermark drift, or Snowflake schema before engaging partner support.
