The position oversees the Community Relations Liaison Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing statewide community engagement strategies that strengthen community partnerships, improve public understanding of Department programs and responsibilities, coordinate cross-divisional engagement efforts, and ensure community feedback informs operational decision-making, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
