Must be alert to changes as well as likes and dislikesMust be courteous and polite to all residents, visitors, and staffFollows confidentiality policies regarding release of resident informationSupervises dining staff in the absence of the Dining Services DirectorAssists in training new dining associatesConducts in-service training at the direction of the Dining Services DirectorPerforms all other duties as assignedRequirements:Must be Serv-Safe certified, or be willing to become certified within 60 days of hiringMust have dining services experience in a management or leadership capacityMust have a working knowledge of ordering, storing, preparing and serving in a food service environment, preferably in a senior living communityMust possess the ability to read, write, and make simple calculations.
