p>Responsibilities: - Perform secretarial, clerical, and administrative support duties including respond to and route incoming phone calls, record messages, record lunch counts, word processing, distribute mail, deliver student messages, maintain guest teacher folders, maintain and update staff emergency folders, produce/collate/distribute copies, and maintain office machines.
- Ability to work in an environment where interruptions occur constantly, working conditions may include a variety of different needs from different individuals, and occasionally requires lifting and moving boxes of supplies, books, teaching materials, equipment, etc.
