This position will triage students, assist with self-service, entering students into the QLess system, monitor ConexEd, provide general information, answer the department phone, monitor and respond to student emails, assist with basic international student enrollment as well as international student application information, and assist the team with programming needs. Serves as the primary point of contact via live chat, phone, email, and other virtual platforms, providing accurate information, answering questions, assisting with inquiries and student onboarding, offering guidance and directions, and ensuring a welcoming, student-centered experience that creates a positive first impression of the college.
