Responsibilities* Serve as lead consultant and trusted advisor on complex Health & Benefits compliance engagements* Interpret and apply federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, MHPAEA, HIPAA, IRC, ERISA, transparency) to client programs* Anticipate emerging compliance risks and proactively advise clients on mitigation strategies* Lead highly visible client engagements and major compliance workstreams* Guide project teams, Client Service Teams (CST), and Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) on compliance deliverables* Conduct final excellence and compliance reviews on complex client deliverables* Partner with Pharmacy, Clinical, Financial, Actuarial & Analytics, and other cross-functional teams on integrated solutions* Contribute to the development of compliance intellectual capital, methodologies, tools, and market-facing insights* Support business development efforts by shaping compliance solutions for new and existing clients* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior compliance colleaguesQualificationsRequirements* Significant experience in Health & Benefits compliance consulting or related advisory roles* Deep knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulatory requirements and regulatory interpretation* Demonstrated ability to lead complex, judgment-based client engagements* Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across functions* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly* Track record of mentoring and developing junior consultants* Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment* Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred* Ability to travel as neededThis position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.
