Knowledge of and/or experience driving delivery trucks, towing tandem axle utility trailers and towable construction equipment, operating safely within high traffic or congested city zones and in small areas. 60% - Operates Assigned Truck and Makes Delivery - Operate semi tractor-trailer with 53' flatbed trailer and class 7 straight truck commercial motor vehicle & retriever unit to deliver equipment to customers.

You will work outside and perform weekly landscaping services including mowing and trimming lawns, edging mulch beds and sidewalks, pulling weeds from mulched areas, spraying weeds in mulched areas and hard surfaces and cracks with Roundup, blowing lawn clippings and debris off parking lots, sidewalks and mulched areas, trimming bushes and hedges and performing spring cleanup and mulching and fall leaf removal. Work will involve operating the truck and trailer to scheduled stops and mowing grass, weed abatement, pruning plants, and trees, cleanup of the grounds including blowing off parking lots, hardscapes, and sidewalk areas, and picking up all trash on the property.

Depending on the laborer''s crew specialty may require a variety of diverse skills such as use of hand and power tools, performing grade checks, jack hammering, directing equipment operations, cuts and fills, etc. A laborer can become a specialist within a crew such as Screed Person, Lute person, QC Tech, Side Person (mill), Tack Truck Driver, Water Truck Driver, Utility adjustment person etc.
