Requirements include; 1-2 years of security supervisory experience, excellent customer service and public relation skills, daily training huddles with staff, supervision and mentoring of the security staff, report writing (incident reports), experience working with computers, CCTVs, heliAUS reports and patrol system/device, radio and radio 10-codes, patrolling, de-escalation technique experience, comfortable dealing with unhoused and or unruly people, excellent communication skills (radio, emails and text messages), attention to detail, prolonged walking and standing is required, proactive thinking and problem solving skills, ability to enforce and follow the site and company policies. Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
