Position Summary: Under the Director of Security & Safety/Emergency Management, the Security Manager is responsible for assisting with the overall planning, development, and delivery of security response training and exercise activities necessary to ensure a rapid, coordinated, efficient, and effective response by the organization and partner agencies in the event of a security related event. Uses working knowledge of principles and practices of public/government organizations, principles and practices of local Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services, Arizona Counter Terrorism Intelligence Center, and Office of Emergency Management to facilitate meetings to achieve needed outcomes, motivate people and teams, and develop staff.
