Nightclub security personnel are responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment for patrons and staff, monitoring the premises, controlling access to front entrance and exits, enforcing all company rules, regulations and managing conflicts that may arise, also be involved in crowd control, emergency response, and reporting safety hazards. Specific tasks will include checking IDs, inspecting personal property for weapons before entry, preventing over-intoxication at the bar, not allowing outside beverages or food inside premises, escorting guest off property, and ensuring the club doesn't exceed capacity.
