This role supports the Site Security Manager in overseeing daily site security operations, access control, visitor management, production-floor security, documentation, compliance readiness, and customer-facing security coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting secure government facilities, manufacturing or production environments, modular SCIF builds, ICD-705 requirements, and cleared operations.
p>The SSM provides direct supervision of unarmed security personnel, supports the Campus Security Manager, and serves as a key leader in maintaining operational readiness for audits and inspections. p>Required: One of the following:
10+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, and architecting and designing security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and Microsoft Security Copilot; and experience leading project scope, pricing, and delivery across multiple concurrent proposals and projects.
- Building and automating secure cloud and machine learning operations (MLOps) pipelines using tools such as Azure Policy, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, and Terraform to establish consistent security guardrails across Azure platforms and AI services.
li>Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules for account, in collaboration with line management as necessary; acts to ensure that scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews Security Officer site reports to verify post orders and client directives have been satisfactorily followed; personally inspects all posts as part the evaluation of security staff.
Within scope of client contract and assigned duties, authorizes appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles; acts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and administers driver training; acts to ensure that there is an adequate inventory of uniforms, radios, and other supplies and equipment; maintains and submits payroll records and other associate and business information.
