Support technologies including, but not limited to, collaboration tools (Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps), email security, archiving, encryption (PKI), integration of Office 365, Voice, Networking, JWICS VTC, and Microsoft operating system deployment in Configuration Manager and Azure/Intune environments.- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
